College Station, TX The Embassy Suites Hotel, managed and owned by Mac Haik Hospitality. The Hotel has officially opened on October 1, 2017.

The hotel is located on a 2.43-acre site, located at the North West corner of University Drive and Jane Street and bordering Eisenhower Street.

The hotel design is composed of a seven-story building with surface parking and a 2-level parking structure for a total of +/-180 cars. The first floor of the hotel contains public area functions, including lobby, market, dining, lounge, kitchen, administrative offices, exercise room enclosed swimming pool and meeting space of +/-2,800 square feet, pre-function, food prep area and public restrooms. Floors 2 through 7 contain 27 guest suites, for a total of 162 guest suites. Construction is anticipated to be a poured concrete frame/post-tension slabs, or a concrete block and plank system. Garage will be precast construction.

The guest suite tower contains +/-16,800 square feet per floor or 100,800 square feet, level 1 +/-34,600 square feet, for a total of 135,400 square feet.

MCS Architects, LLC did both architectural and Interior Design for the hotel.

This dual brand hotel project is composed of a fourteen story hotel building with a four level above grade parking structure (approximately 330 cars).

The site is a ±1.8 acre parcel on the 610 feeder Road, 500’ North of Westheimer Road. The first floor contains public area functions for both brands, including lobby, market, dining, lounge, kitchen, administrative offices, receiving and back of house functions. The second level will contain fitness and exterior pool/terrace, along with additional guestrooms. Guestrooms for both brands will be located on levels two thru twelve. The garage is ±107,000 square feet and the hotel is ±185,280 square feet.

The project will contain 320 total guestroom units, 143 Holiday Inn Express and 130 Staybridge Suites. All guestrooms will be standard prototype rooms and adhere to Brand standards.

This dual brand hotel is under construction and expected opening date is April 2021. MCS Architects, LLC did both Architectural and Interior Design.
