The hotel is designed as a 5-story Type III building over a partial concrete podium with 246 surface parking spaces. The first floor of the hotel contains public area functions, including lobby with bar, +/-6,600sf combined Ballroom and Meeting Rooms, Bar Louie, dining, lounge, sundries, service areas and exercise room. The spacious courtyard has 2 pools, an outdoor dining area with stage for special performances.

The hotel houses 98 Courtyard guestrooms and 107 Residence Inn guestroom for a total of 205 guestrooms.

The development has been permitted and is scheduled to start construction in the middle of year 2025. MCS Architects, LLC designed the Architecture and Interiors for the hotel.
